As a nutrition professional, it is my goal to teach people HOW to think about nutrition rather than WHAT to think. I find the modern digital era to be quite exhausting and social media a major source of distraction and frustration due to the rampant spread of misguided nutrition advice. Almost every patient and client I have worked with has been misled to some degree by incorrect information they came across online. Although I certainly do not claim to know everything, nutrition is my trade, and I have made it my life’s mission to help people become the healthiest versions of themselves possible through evidenced based nutrition guidance.
What I have come to realize is that most people simply do not put enough thought into what they eat and drink. The truth about healthy eating is that it is actually really SIMPLE, it is just not always EASY, and understanding that distinction is very important. The intention of this blog is to spark your interest in your personal nutrition and encourage you to deeply think about how you nourish your body.
